Camping abroad

Hello to all of you from abroad!

First of all I want to congratulate you with this new forum!

Second I want to announce you my website, already mentioned in another topic that Gray (also known as Graham or Grandad Graham in other messageboards) started. Unfortunately he didn't mentioned my website himself but one of the responders did and I am afraid he partly offers you in his topic files he downloaded from my site, "which is not like it should be". :evil:

OK, what can I offer you?

- About 4000 campsites along the European highways
- All the European CampingCheque campsites (still not in the books but these are already the 2008 campsites!)
- All the CampingCardACSI campsites (2007)
Together with my partner Parafoeter ( http://users.telenet.be/leo.huybrechts/camp.htm ) I have located all the positions of these campsites and we guarantee you the maximum of accuracy for these.

In another file (euro11000) you will find a collection of other European campsites. These were nor located, nor checked by ourselves and we can't give you for these positions any guarantee.
But, we are working very hard to check all these positions too, but I am afraid it is a job which will take us several years. With the help of all our users I am sure we will succed!

All the poi's were made for the most used navigationssystems.

Please try it yourself! Downloads are free!

Sorry about the problem and I am sure Gray will put it right for you mate.

Like the look of the sites I wil have a good look when we get back.

Simply because I was very tired
and the one Alan & Val were after was the Autoroute Aires that I got from somewhere else (and I can't remember where it's that long ago)

I do apologise to you as your supply is fantastic and more accurate that a lot of other places like Laurie says some suppliers (TOm TOm included) are up to 10km out where as you are a lot of the time less than 10m out

Thanks for your reaction and no more hard feelings from the continent!

Let's try together with all the users to make the ultimate collection of poi's concerning the quantity as the quality (is this English :roll: ?).

Parafoeter (Parafke) and I are working very hard to achieve perfection but we can't do it without all the help/reactions of our users.

Just remembered I said I was going to let you know about
Newlands in Dorset
Was I suprised when the Guesstimate I did for the front gates matched within 2 metres of the front gates and is identical to the one you mailed me (not the one that got corrupted on my download)
